九十年代,华夏大地涌动着改革开放的大潮。我们常州市房产管理局随着这沸腾的时代,迅猛发展,呈现出一派勃勃生机。尤以近年来,我局乘举国上下改革开放的“天时”,得地处长江三角洲沿海区域的“地利”,享全局上下同心同德励精图治的"人和",实现了“一年一变样,三年大变样”的心愿。
伴随着改革的春风,房产业的发展欣欣向荣。我局依托住房制度改革,推出了“优惠出售公有住房”的举措,并以此为突破口,“租、售、建”并举,加大了房改的力度和深度,为改善和提高市民居住水平准备了条件;房改带动了房管,搞活了房管,传统的管理模式被新的机制所取代,产权、物业、市场、经营等各项管理向着社会化、商品化、专业化迈进;“安得广厦千万间,大庇天下寒土俱欢颜”,我们又抓住机遇,不失时机地发展房产,一幢幢居民新楼拔地而起,一批批解困房相继建成,使“居者有其居”梦想成真。当前正在大规模推向小康目标,全市人均住房将从现在的不足8平方米提高到10平方米;与此同时,全局上下团结拼搏,奋发向上,精神文明建设不断发展,职工面貌焕然一新。

policy" was adopted in chineseland. Especially
withing the recent three years,taking the advantage
of "opening policy",location of YangtsRiver
river delta and support of the people"of
working together with one heart and one mind,Changzhou
Housing & Real Estate Management Bureau changed
the city completely by its strive,realized their
aspiration of "One change one year,great
changes for three years". Following the spring
tide of reform, the development of real estate
business is thirving. Relying upon the house reform,
our bureau pays attention to "renting, selling
and building", we adopts many methods such
as "selling public houses at preferential
price" to deepen house reform, to improve
people's living standard. The house reform has
given an impetus to house management and stimulated
the house management, the traditional management
model has been replaced by new system, which is
striding forward towards socialization, commercialization
and specialization. "Traquility comes with
sufficient housing, enabling all poor people to
be joyful". We grasped every chance to develop
real estate business and set up many new buildings
to help many people realize their dreams of having
their own houses, to improve the people's living
standard to the goal of being fairly well-off.
The living area per person in the city will improved
to 10 square metresfrom 8 square metres at present.
In the meantime, the whole staff are uniting to
constructspiritual civilization.
